Isabel Thomas Associates (ITA) was
established in 1995 by Isabel Thomas. Originally based from home
it soon became apparent that due to the significant increase and
rapid expansion of the business it was necessary to relocate and
expand the staff. In 1999 ITA moved to new premises on Queensferry
Road where
it still remains today.
ITA and the unique service that it provides within the hospitality industry is
now emulated by others.
ITA provides a fully comprehensive service to the hospitality and tourism industry.
ITA not only represents a selection of independent hotels throughout the UK and
Europe it also works with larger hotel groups offering the best possible rates
and locations. In addition, related services such as the organisation of transport
and tickets can also be arranged. These services are available to both individuals
and groups.
Other areas ITA have established itself in and have expert knowledge of include
being able to provide a specialised sales and marketing service to the tourism
industry. Moreover, ITA also deals with a variety of industry related training,
such as: sales, tele-sales, health and hygiene and health and safety. On successful
completion of the chosen training course(s) candidates are presented with the
appropriate, industry recognised, certificate.
